Drawing on her own experience of making a major career shift in 2019, Ciara understands the challenges and opportunities that come with change at a senior level.

Now, she supports other leaders who are seeking something different—whether it’s a new direction, greater fulfilment, or a fresh challenge. Ciara’s approach is rooted in real-world insight, offering practical tools and supportive frameworks to help you navigate transitions smoothly and successfully.

Webinars & Workshops

What is covered on the Career Transitions programme?

The programme runs over 12 weeks and includes six online sessions, each lasting two hours.  Each has a particular theme and Ciara supplies a wide range of useful and inspiring resources to help participants get the most out of the programme. 

Topics covered include:

• Identifying your transferable skills
• Understanding your values
• Leveraging your network in a positive and authentic way
• Thinking about your money mindset during transition
• Continuous Professional Development and re-skilling
• Building your career narrative and reviewing your LinkedIn profile

The group coaching format is informal, friendly and inclusive with a maximum of eight people on the programme. 

In addition to the group sessions, you will also have a 1-2-1 coaching session with Ciara as part of the programme.
